５月１５日の１８時頃、安倍首相は「安全保障の法的基盤の再構築に関する懇談会」から提出された報告書を受けて、集団的自衛権の行使容認をする為に必要とされる憲法解釈の変更に関する基本方針を記者会見で表明した。
After receiving a report from “The Conference Regarding the Reconstructing of the Legal Infrastructure of the National Security”, which Prime Minister Shinzo Abe personally set up, Mr. Abe held a press conference to announce the basic policy to change the constitutional interpretation to enable the exercise of the right to collective self-defense.
首相官邸前では集団的自衛権行使容認に反対する緊急抗議行動が行われた。
Protesters held an emergency protest to oppose the exercise of the right to collective self-defense in front of the office of the Prime Minister.
安倍政権は安全保障や国際情勢の変化を表立った理由として集団的自衛権の行使容認に向けて動いている。一方で抗議行動に集まった市民の主張は、海外での武力行使は様々な言葉で呼ぶことができるが、実質的には戦争、殺戮破壊行為そのものであり、解釈改憲により日本のあり方を急激に変化させ、海外で殺戮破壊行為をできるようにすることや、立憲主義を無視した政権の強行的なやり方に反発している。
National security and the changing state of the world are the outward reasons to promote the exercise of the right to collective self-defense. There are many different ways to call it, however, using forces in foreign places is an act of war, destroying and killing, which is currently unconstitutional for Japan’s self-defense force. PM Abe is swiftly moving towards his purposes, but the voice from peace-loving citizens opposing PM Abe’s plan to drastically change the Japanese way is also big.
