Katayama: First of all, if the water stops, it’s over for us. There’s nothing we can do. We can’t make it with just plastic bottles.

Katayama: Well, “Chikuwa-kun” is our character, but as for the product itself, we make this chikuwa by mixing pike conger and croaker, mainly from the Yatsushiro Sea. I hope everyone enjoys the texture.
